Description
- Engage and attract prospective students through various recruitment activities.
- Organise and manage student recruitment events and initiatives.
- Maintain and update databases of prospective students and recruitment activities.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective students to ensure their queries are resolved.
- Collaborate with marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on student recruitment activities.
- Develop relationships with schools and other educational institutions to promote courses.
- Stay updated on latest developments in the education sector and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
Profile
A successful Student Recruitment Officer should have:
- A provable understanding of community outreach, and converting this into student enrolments
- A solid understanding of student recruitment strategies and education sector trends.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship building skills with stakeholders and students
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
