What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) in the Early Intervention Team, supporting individuals experiencing first-episode psychosis. In this role, you will:

• Deliver recovery-focused, evidence-based interventions to service users• Manage a defined caseload within the CPA framework• Work in partnership with families, carers, and wider services• Complete risk assessments and care plans tailored to individual needs• Support service users in maintaining independence and reducing hospital admissions

Requirements & Qualifications:

• A current and valid NMC registration and pin• Experience working with early intervention or psychosis cases• Strong communication and documentation skills• Ability to work autonomously and within a team• Commitment to person-centred, recovery-based practice

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with a minimum 3-month duration and strong potential for extension depending on service needs and performance.
