Our client is an international leader in textile, hygiene, and facility services, operating across Europe and Latin America. We are looking for a Clinical Nurse Advisor to join our team. This role is crucial for retaining and developing our existing customer base by delivering exceptional service and fostering strong relationships between.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Support Sales Team: Provide clinical advice regarding the use of Surgical Solutions products and support the sales team in specifying drape pack requirements.
  • Customer Support: Conduct regular service visits to support existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and building strong, lasting relationships.
  • Trial Management: Coordinate and manage product trials, including pre-trial meetings, stock management, and trial execution. Compile and present trial reports with observations and feedback.
  • Installation Support: Assist in the installation of products within operating theatres during pre-installation meetings.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and potential cost savings for customers during visits. Periodically review product usage to ensure cost-effective use.
  • Business Retention: Organise and attend review meetings with major accounts to resolve service issues and discuss forecasts and usage. Communicate areas of risk to appropriate teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Registered General Nurse with theatre/scrub experience (Band 5 or higher) or Registered Operating Department Practitioner – scrub.
  • Highly customer-focused with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Proven influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Decisive, flexible, and able to react quickly to the needs of both the customer and Elis.
  • IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
