Our client, a renowned private healthcare provider with thirty Nursing Homes across the UK, is seeking a Deputy Nurse Manager for their exceptional nursing and dementia Home in Greater Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of residents requiring specialised dementia and palliative care.

Work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible start times between 8am and 9am. Benefit from the opportunity to develop your supervisory skills in a supportive environment.
Our client is a well-established private healthcare provider with a network of Nursing Homes across the UK. They are dedicated to delivering person-centred care and maintaining high standards of compliance with regulatory bodies.

The Deputy Nurse Manager role involves:
  • Leading and supporting the nursing and care team to ensure high-quality care.
  • Assisting the Home Manager in maintaining compliance with CQC standards.
  • Overseeing the delivery of person-centred care for residents with dementia and nursing needs.
  • Managing staff schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
  • Participating in shared on-call responsibilities.
  • Implementing care plans and ensuring they are followed.
  • Providing training and mentorship to nursing staff.
Package and Benefits:

The Deputy Nurse Manager position offers:
  • Annual salary of approximately £51,000.
  • £24.50ph plus breaks
  • Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, with flexible start times.

The ideal Deputy Nurse Manager will have:
  • Active NMC pin number.
  • Experience as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN).
  • Strong general nursing skills and elderly care experience.
  • Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Commitment to maintaining high care standards and compliance.
