About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Health Advisor to join our team, delivering high-quality health and well-being services to our clients across the Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a varied and rewarding role, providing expert advice and support to businesses and their employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting comprehensive occupational health assessments including case management, health surveillance, and return-to-work evaluations.

  • Providing evidence-based guidance to both employees and employers on workplace health issues.

  • Supporting health promotion initiatives and delivering training sessions on well-being and occupational health topics.

  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and best practice guidelines.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to drive a positive health and safety culture.

What We’re Looking For:
  • A qualified Occupational Health Advisor (RGN, OH Diploma/Degree) with experience in a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of occupational health legislation, policies, and procedures.

  • Experience in case management and workplace health assessments.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees, employers, and key stakeholders.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to delivering excellence in occupational health services.

  • A full UK driving licence (some travel across the Midlands may be required).
