Account Manager - Aesthetics / Manchester / £51000 - £61000 per annum, quarterly bonus and car allowance

12 month Maternity Cover Contract

Are you passionate about the aesthetics industry and ready to make a significant impact? Our client, a leading life sciences organisation specialising in dermatology, is seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager to join their team covering the Greater Manchester territory. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a renowned company and drive the expansion of their aesthetics portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive expansion of the aesthetics portfolio across key accounts and win new ones within a defined geography.
  • Implement strategies to increase sales, account development, penetration, and market share.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers and cultivate productive relationships with new ones.
  • Apply your understanding of customer business models and the aesthetics industry to convert competitive accounts and seize opportunities.
  • Work closely with the regional sales team and sales and marketing leadership to identify new opportunities.
  • Meet targets set by the Regional Business Manager and Head of Sales.
  • Tailor and deliver education plans in accounts.
  • Provide quick and effective responses to client requests.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the marketplace, brands, and customers.
  • Share best practices with colleagues across the Aesthetics Business Unit.
  • Assist in the induction of new colleagues.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Degree level education (business, economics, administration preferred but flexible).
  • Autonomous with strong planning skills to maximise time in the field and achieve KPIs.
  • Strong network of medical contacts within aesthetic clinics.
  • Enthusiastic about the aesthetics industry and staying ahead of trends and innovations.
  • Demonstrated success in growing business by winning new accounts and developing existing ones.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and commercial insight.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with KOLs and clinic owners.
  • Understanding of the diverse roles within a private clinic and their decision-making processes.
  • Ability to plan and execute high-quality, compliant training events.
  • Experience in the aesthetics sector and/or dermatology is desired.
  • Effective listening and interaction skills, with clear and concise communication.
  • A full driving license is essential.

Car Allowance £725 per month plus bonus of 25% of annual salary, paid quarterly
