- Building and maintaining strong client relationships as their dedicated Account Manager.
- Proactively contacting clients via phone and virtual meetings.
- Identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Monitoring customer progress and addressing any issues.
- Assisting customers with account configuration and customisation.
- Delivering in-depth product and service training.
- Gathering feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Driving customer retention and promoting referrals.
- Ensuring a smooth handover from the onboarding team.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Account Manager position.
- Experience in the proptech, property or tech sectors (ideal but not essential).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confidence in conducting outbound client calls and virtual meetings.
- A strategic mindset with a focus on identifying growth opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- A resilient, tenacious, and solution-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- £30,000 basic salary + 30% bonus (£39,000 OTE)
