What You'll Do:

• Execute high-impact paid media campaigns - Work across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube to boost brand awareness and drive sales.
• Analyse and optimise performance - Track, measure, and refine campaigns to maximise ROI and engagement.
• Collaborate on creative ads - Work with content teams to develop eye-catching, high-performing ad creatives.
• Stay ahead of trends - Research new digital marketing tools and trends to keep campaigns fresh and innovative.
• Manage budgets efficiently - Ensure every penny of ad spend delivers maximum impact.
• Leverage Shopify and e-commerce insights - Use data-driven strategies to turn clicks into conversions.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience running paid media campaigns in e-commerce, fashion, or sportswear.
• Strong knowledge of social media advertising tools and algorithms.
• A sharp eye for branding and creative campaign execution.
• Passion for performance marketing and driving measurable results.
• Familiarity with Shopify and analytics tools like Google Analytics & Ads Manager.
• A proactive, ambitious mindset with a keen interest in digital marketing.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with SEO and email marketing (Klaviyo, Cometley, etc.).
• Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certification.
• A passion for sportswear, fitness, or fashion.
