Senior Advertising Account Manager - OOH Advertising

Location: Manchester (Field-Based)

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Generous Monthly Commission (7.5% on all revenue generated, no threshold)

POST- Recruitment are hiring on behalf of a leading Out-of-Home (OOH) Advertising business with a well-established office in Central Manchester. Our client is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Advertising Account Manager to drive revenue growth by developing strong relationships with Direct Clients and Media Agencies.

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with a background in OOH advertising. You will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of clients, developing bespoke advertising solutions, and driving new business opportunities. The role is field-based in Manchester, offering an exciting and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow relationships with Direct Clients and Media Agencies.
  • Sell advertising space across an extensive fully digital OOH network.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Create and present tailored advertising solutions that meet client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.
  • Manage campaigns from initial pitch to execution, collaborating with creative and operational teams.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in OOH advertising sales is essential.
  • Strong understanding of Media Agency and Direct Client relationships.
  • A successful track record in B2B sales, meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Passionate about advertising, with knowledge of current industry trends.
