We are recruiting for an organised, ambitious, and resourceful individual to join the account management team of one of our clients. A successful candidate will manage the day-to-day relationships to deliver marketing strategies and services.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about marketing, creative and driven to succeed, with a can-do attitude.
You will be required to lead and own projects delegated to you, having strategic input to campaign planning and client presentations, facilitating internal and interagency meetings and support as required.
Key responsibilities for a Senior Account Manager
- Ensure first rate client service is delivered across all aspects of client and campaign management
- Manage a portfolio of accounts
- Act as a first point of contact for client queries
- Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their requirements
- Proactive identification of business development opportunities within existing accounts
- Delivery of monthly forecasting, invoicing, and understanding of account profitability
- Generate accurate reports
- Management, training and development of junior team members
