We are seeking an experienced SME account handler to join an established team at an independent broker in Manchester city centre.
The role involves being the key contact for clients, ensuring top-notch service for their insurance needs.
Responsibilities include liaising with clients and insurers via telephone and email, and maintaining accurate paperwork on the system.
The position also entails handling mid-term adjustments (MTA's) and renewals.
