What You'll Be Doing:
As a Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for providing in-depth technical expertise, data analysis, and reporting to internal and external stakeholders. You'll play a key role in ensuring the highest levels of service delivery and continuous improvement of our processes, all while meeting agreed SLA's and KPI's.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the escalation point for complex reporting issues.
- Supporting and mentoring colleagues to improve team effectiveness.
- Analyzing data and providing actionable insights to drive performance improvement.
- Managing your workload and supporting the team in delivering objectives on time.
- Ensuring services are delivered to the highest standards, adhering to processes and policies.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
- Demonstrating inclusive behaviour and fostering collaboration within the team.
