Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce detailed technical drawings across RIBA stages
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and project stakeholders
- Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with current UK Building Regulations
- Contribute to the delivery of sustainable, buildable design solutions
- Support project leads in delivering high-quality architectural outcomes
Key Requirements:
- Relevant experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK-based practice
- Strong proficiency in Revit (essential), AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid understanding of construction detailing and technical delivery
- Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and industry standards
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
