Role overview

The business has an excellent opportunity for an Associate Structural Engineer to join the highly regarded, award-winning Structures and Civils team in Manchester. This role focuses on delivery and management, with increasing business development responsibilities. For the right individual there is a clear pathway to Director level.  

Your role will include: 

Delivery

As an experienced Structural Engineer, you will lead your team in all aspects of project delivery, leading the way for engineers and technicians and promoting design innovation. You will maintain a high-level technical overview of your team’s projects, ensuring that the design is delivered correctly and in accordance with company procedure.

 Management

You will take responsibility for all aspects of management including:

  • Resource planning;
  • Day to Day Management.
  • Identifying areas to strengthen the team.
  • Change control/additional fees;
  • Assist with Financial performance;
  • Divisional task groups/design innovation;
  • assist with Contractual matters.
