You will be responsible for delivering innovative and efficient mechanical solutions from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed mechanical designs for HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver tailored building services solutions.
- Conduct site surveys to assess project requirements and verify design feasibility.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation using relevant design tools and software.
- Analyze and calculate heating, cooling, and ventilation loads to ensure energy efficiency.
- Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the project team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure designs adhere to health and safety regulations, as well as environmental and sustainability standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in mechanical design within the building services sector, with a focus on HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of industry regulations, codes, and standards.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
