Electrical Contracts Engineer / Manager
This is a great opportunity for an Electrical Supervisor / manager who is very personable with good commercial awareness to progress to the next level. You will have regular interaction with project managers and contracts Managers from the top 10 UK construction companies. Spend 50% in the office and 50% of your time on sites. Dealing with your own projects from start to finish, Electrical installation values would range from 100k - 1 Million. Management and correct allocation of labour and materials is essential, working on small to large construction projects within commercial. This role will be based from the Manchester depot
As the successful Electrical Contracts Engineer / Manager, you will be:
- Electrical Contracts Engineer / Manager will be responsible for the Management of Electrical labour and materials, Electricians, mates and Improvers.
- Electrical Contracts Engineer / Manager will take responsibility for spend on projects.
- Electrical Contracts Engineer / Manager will liaise with client, site supervisors, and project managers.
- Electrical Contracts Engineer / Manager will be given an excellent opportunity for progression.
- Electrical Contracts Engineer / Manager will oversee running the P&L for projects.
- Electrical Contracts Engineer / Manager will be occasionally in the office and majority will be site based in the North West of England, office based near Manchester
As the successful Electrical Contracts Engineer / Manager, you will need:
- Electrical Contracts Engineer / Manager will need to be JIB qualified Electrician / Manager.
- Electrical Contracts Engineer / Manager will need experienced in SWA, lighting, Containment work within commercial or utilities sites
- Electrical Contracts Engineer / Manager will need to have good commercial site experience
- Electrical Contracts Engineer / Manager will be a commutable distance of Manchester
Electrical Contracts Engineer / Manager up to 50k basic + package
