Field Service Engineer – Manchester
Location: Manchester
Salary: £30,000 + overtime, on-call service and overnight call-out payments
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (1 hour lunch)

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Field Service Engineer to join their growing team. This is an opportunity to work for a company that provides exceptional service, ensuring customers remain compliant with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults on healthcare equipment
- LOLER Testing on lifting equipment
- Service baths, hoists, slings, beds, pressure mattresses, and wheelchairs
- Carry out contract servicing agreements in line with procedures
- Maintain a professional and courteous service to customers
- Work towards ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar field service or maintenance role
- Experience with fault-finding, diagnosis, and repairs of mechanical/electrical equipment
- Organised and methodical approach to work
- Mechanical engineering training
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to pass manual handling and DBS checks
