- Create and manage 3D CAD models and drawings in Solidworks, following ISO and BS standards for various part types (machined, cast, moulded).
- Oversee engineering drawing control, document management, and changes through ECN procedures.
- Perform 3D thermal and stress analysis, contribute to design reviews, and support reliability testing and analysis.
- Develop manufacturing documentation, jigs, fixtures, and ensure compliance with RoHS and WEEE standards.
- Investigate new suppliers, materials, and processes for cost reduction and process improvements.
