An exciting opportunity awaits a talented and experienced Architect to join a forward-thinking team dedicated to creating inspiring and functional spaces. The successful candidate will contribute to a variety of projects, from initial concept through to completion, ensuring that each design meets the highest standards of quality and sustainability.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

  • ARB registered.
  • Sufficient post-qualification experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent technical abilities.
  • Develop and lead design concepts for a range of projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and adherence to design specifications.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, building regulations, and sustainability practices.
  • BIM experience is beneficial.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and creative working environment.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong design and technical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Passion for sustainable design and innovative architectural solutions.
