Your new companyThis small high end design architect studio in Manchester, located close to the beautiful canal network and within a short walk of a railway and metrolink station, is looking to appoint an experienced Architect on a salaried basis.Your new roleThe design firm has secured a significant project in Manchester city centre which involves the refurbishment and expansion of an historic building - this is a beautiful scheme, and will offer great experience! You will be responsible for leading this job on a day to day basis, completing documentation and working in Revit to ensure the scheme is delivered to a high quality and on time.What you'll need to succeedTo secure this job you will need to show evidence that you have lead on large projects in the UK and have the communication and organisation skills required to run such a scheme. Proficient Revit skills are an absolute requirement here, and you should be based within a commuting distance of Manchester to attend the office a min of 4 days per week.What you'll get in returnThis is a great project to get to grips with, and a superb design practice to work.
