Salary: £30,000- 39,000 depending on experience

I am actively seeking a passionate Architectural Technologist to join a thriving Architectural Practice well-known for its dedication to producing superior design and technical proficiency. The successful Architectural Technologist will have post qualification experience, with strong technical drawing and detailing abilities as well as being well versed in Revit.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Degree or HND/HNC in architectural technology or related subject
- CIAT registered
- Couple of years of qualification experience in a UK architectural practice
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Must have experience with medium to large projects ideally in the industrial sector
- Thorough knowledge of current UK Building regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Be able to hit ground running
- Work confidently both independently and in a team
- Keen eye for detail
- Strong technical abilities
- Effective time management and organisation skills
- Capable at producing high quality detailed drawings and packages
- Comfortable liaising with clients, contractors and local authorities
- Job running experience
- Proactive and positive approach to work
- Live locally to Manchester
