We are working with our client who are expanding their team and seeking an experienced Delivery Architect at Senior or Associate level (ARB/RIBA qualified) to join their Manchester studio. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cultural and heritage projects across the North West of the UK. This role is studio-based, requiring four days per week in Manchester, so candidates should be based within Greater Manchester. The successful candidate will work on heritage, conservation, and contemporary design projects in a highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Delivering high-quality architectural work across all RIBA stages with a focus on technical delivery.

- Supporting and mentoring team members.

- Identifying and securing new projects in public, cultural, residential, and higher education sectors.

- Engaging with clients and stakeholders, representing the studio professionally.

- Providing sustainable, thoughtful design solutions for heritage buildings.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 10+ years post-qualification experience.

- Proven expertise in project delivery and management.

- Strong design, technical, and conservation skills.

- Extensive knowledge of UK Building and Planning regulations.

- AABC or RIBA SCA/CA accreditation (desirable but not essential).

- Proficiency in BIM/Revit is essential.

- Leadership experience and commercial awareness.
