Job Title: Junior Architectural Technologist

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing architectural practice who provide dynamic and creative design solutions to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for an ambitious Junior Architectural Technologist who is looking to develop within the company and work on various high-profile projects.
To be successful in applying for the role of Junior Architectural Technologist, you will need UK based experience as a Technologist after completing a degree within Architectural Technology. Competency with Revit is essential, as well as working on projects within the residential sector across a range of RIBA work stages. Strong technical and design skills will be needed, as well as the ability to work well autonomously.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Junior Architectural Technologist:
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Relevant post qualification experience with a UK practice as a Technologist
- Experience with Revit is essential
- Looking to become CIAT registered
- Experience working on projects within the residential sector
- Understanding of UK building regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Good detailing and design skills
- Good technical skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Live within the Manchester area
