Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum (Dependent Upon Experience)

This opportunity would be ideal for an experienced Interior Designer or Senior Interior Designer with a strong background in the commercial and hospitality sectors, who is confident using AutoCAD, Vectorworks, Rhino, SketchUp, VRay, and the Adobe Suite.
Package:
- £35,000 - £50,000 per annum (Dependent Upon Experience)

Office:
- Office house: 9:00am 6:00pm
- Full time in office
Duties:
- Lead and manage key projects across the commercial and hospitality sectors, ensuring they align with the studios standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers, conducting regular site visits and attending design team meetings (DTMs).
- Develop and present innovative design concepts, visuals, and technical drawings to clients.
- Research and specify materials, finishes, and furnishings to align with project requirements and budgets.
- Oversee projects from initial concept development through to on-site construction and final completion.
- Mentor junior team members, contributing to their growth and development.
Requirements:
- Degree Qualified in Interior Design or similar field
- A minimum of 4 years of experience across all project stages, with proven expertise in project delivery
- Extensive knowledge of FF&E, materials, and finishes, with a strong supplier network
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Vectorworks, Rhino, SketchUp, VRAY, and Adobe Suite
- Experience managing budgets, project programmes, and working in fast-paced environments
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and within a team
