Pre-Construction Manager

Our client is a leader in commercial fit-out projects, specializing in high-quality Cat A and Cat B refurbishments. Renowned for creating bespoke environments, they are seeking a skilled Pre-Construction Manager to join their growing team in North west.
The Role
As Pre-Construction Manager, you will oversee the planning and preparation of fit-out projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, budgets, and schedules, providing strategic input for practical, cost-effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage pre-construction activities for Cat A/B fit-out projects
- Develop project proposals, tender submissions, and budgets.
- Lead feasibility studies, risk assessments, and value engineering.
- Coordinate design processes, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
Requirements
- Proven pre-construction management experience in commercial fit-outs.
- Knowledge of UK regulations
- Strong planning, budgeting, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team and control projects from cradle to grave.
Salary Banding: 60k - 75k Depending on experience. Additional benefits can be discussed, including personal bonuses, private healthcare, and 4X death in salary.
