Pre-Construction Manager:
Our client, a leader in commercial fit-out projects, specializes in delivering high-quality Cat A and Cat B refurbishments. Renowned for creating bespoke office spaces and transforming large-scale commercial environments, they are seeking a skilled Pre-Construction Manager to join their growing team in Manchester.
Role Overview:
As Pre-Construction Manager, you will oversee the planning and preparation of commercial fit-out projects, ensuring all aspects align with client expectations. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, budgets, and schedules, providing strategic input to deliver practical, cost-effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage pre-construction activities for Cat A/B fit-out projects.
- Develop project proposals, tender submissions, and budgets.
- Lead feasibility studies, risk assessments, and value engineering.
- Coordinate design processes, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
Requirements:
- Proven pre-construction management experience in commercial fit-outs.
- Knowledge of the Manchester fit-out market and UK regulations.
- Strong planning, budgeting, and communication skills.
- Manage a team andcontrol jobs from cradle to grave.
Salary Banding: 55k - 85k Depending on experience (Head of Pre con or Pre con) Additional benefits can be discussed including personal bonus, Private Healthcare, 4X Death in salary etc.
