Their talented team of Architects and Technologists are dedicated to thoughtful design and attentiveness to detail. They are seeking a passionate Project Architect with Revit proficiency to join their social team in Manchester.

The successful Project Architect will have substantial post Part Three experience with excellent Revit skills, knowledge leading projects and comprehensive knowledge of current and emergent designs.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:

ARB registered
Couple of years of post Part Three qualification experience in the UK
Proficiency in Revit is essential
Strong portfolio across ideally residential and commercial projects
Thorough knowledge of current building regulations
Attend and input to site meetings
Deliver drawings across the RIBA stages
Ideally experience with cladding remediation
Liaise confidently with clients contractors and other stakeholders
Job running experience
Confident communicator both written and verbal
Live locally to Manchester
