Senior Architect | Manchester | £40k - £50k doe Konker is working with an award-winning consultancy practice that is expanding its team and is on the hunt for a Senior Architect or Associate Architect for their Manchester office! This growing consultancy was established over 50 years ago and has been at the forefront of the industry for over five decades. They have eight offices across the South of England and one in the North, they are a Building Top 150 consultancy offering a wide range of services including Architectural, Interior Design, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Project Management & Building Services Engineering. As the Senior Architect / Associate Architect at this consultancy, you'll have the opportunity to work on different frameworks but also a focus on cladding projects. The Manchester office opened two years ago and is currently going through a period of growth and hiring new employees. This appointment will see you working closely with the Practice BIM Director and starting their architectural hires in the Manchester office. Based across their different offices, they currently hire 50+ architectural staff. The salary for this Senior Architect position ranges from £40,000 up to £50,000 for the right candidate along with a generous benefits package. They also have a working arrangement of four days a week in the office and one day at home. To Be Considered: Senior Architect

Experience working as a Project Architect / Senior Architect in the UK
Ability to produce technical details to a good standard
