Konker is currently recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join an AJ100 practice based in central Manchester. This award-winning practice has around 90 members of staff across its three offices in the UK, all of which are in the North of the UK. The Manchester office is newly opened and they looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to support them with their growth. At present, it has 6 employees. Having been designing in the architectural industry for over 35 years, they have an extensive portfolio. Projects-wise, this Architectural practice’s key areas are within the residential and healthcare sectors but work within a plethora of other sectors like commercial and education. They work on a wide range of projects within their residential projects, including private housing developments, affordable & supported accommodation, and high-rise apartments. Within the healthcare sector, they design complex acute and mental healthcare as well as primary care and community hub facilities. Being RIBA and CIAT chartered enables further career growth for their employees. They would support any Architectural Technologists with completing their MCIAT through a personal mentor in the office who is an MCIAT but also allow necessary study time etc. Salary & Company Benefits: Senior Architectural Technologist

Leading technical packages on projects
Proven ability to resolve technical challenges
Producing detailed construction drawings and tender packages
Design proposals and planning applications through technical specifications
Produce accurate technical information
Previous experience of Revit in practice
