Konker is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a Manchester-based architectural practice with about 90 staff members.
The position offers a salary range of £35K-£45K, depending on the candidate's experience and abilities.
The practice, known for its sustainable design principles, has been involved in numerous award-winning projects over the last 30 years.
Candidates should have experience in producing technical drawings and using Revit, with a preference for those familiar with cladding.

Konker is recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a Manchester-based architectural practice. This RIBA practice has roughly 90 members staff in total, with almost 13 working out of its Manchester office, however, they are currently in the process of moving to a new office, allowing room for growth now and in the future. Over the last 30 years this RIBA practice has worked on many award-winning projects, locally and nationally. With their core principles revolving around sustainable design and work enjoyment, this diverse practice is looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist who loves their work and will bring plenty of enthusiasm along with them. You’ll have the chance to work on a range of projects including some large-scale, high-end e-commerce projects for global companies. They also have some great benefits, such as a summer bonus scheme, which they have done for the last 11 years (inc. during covid), private healthcare, and 24 days holiday + bank holidays. The Role: Senior Architectural Technologist

Run your own projects
Producing feasibility studies through to seeing projects on site
Use Revit daily
Producing technical drawings for each stage of the building process
Working directly with clients, contractors, and consultants
Working across all industrial and retail design
Any experience in cladding would be great!
