They're looking for an experienced Design Manager to join their team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design process for a variety of construction projects, from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading the design team and ensuring that all design work is carried out to the highest standards
Liaising with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that the design meets their requirements
Managing the design budget and ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within budget
Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are adhered to

Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a Design Manager in the construction industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of building regulations and construction standards
Experience of using BIM software
A degree in construction or a related discipline
