They're looking for an experienced Design Manager to join their team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design process for a variety of construction projects, from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the design team and ensuring that all design work is carried out to the highest standards
- Liaising with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that the design meets their requirements
- Managing the design budget and ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within budget
- Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are adhered to
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Design Manager in the construction industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of building regulations and construction standards
- Experience of using BIM software
- A degree in construction or a related discipline
Benefits:
They offer a base salary ranging between £62,000 - £72,000pa and benefits package, including:
