As the Engineering Design Manager, you will head up a busy drawing office, working alongside cross functional teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to budget, whilst remaining hands on.

This role would suit an Engineering Design Manager with a strong mechanical background, proven leadership experience, and a passion for driving innovation in power generation technologies or similar.
DUTIES
* Managing a busy drawing office, from CAD Technicians to Senior Design Engineers
* Working alongside cross functional teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently
* Hands on design, driving innovation within power generation and other relatable fields
* Office based, with some flexibility for hybrid working
PERSON
* Mechanical design background, with the motivation to drive innovation
* Previously managed a team, whilst leading from the front
* Power generation industry experience or similar
