- Develop the asset management strategy
- Oversee a service area of team leaders, surveyors and officers
- 5 year and 30 year capital investments programme
- Ensure of accurate stock condition data
- Budget management and forecasting
- Liaise with other service areas including repairs, neighbourhoods, compliance and finance
Profile
- Relevant housing, construction or buildings related qualifications
- Proven track record creating asset management strategies
- Experience operating with the housing sector
- Understanding of housing law and regulations
