  • Managing a team of BDM's across the UK
  • Securing large contracts in the Healthcare & Education Sector
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve optimal performance.
  • Prepare and present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
