- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve optimal performance.
- Prepare and present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
