Administrator- Credit control£25k-£28kManchesterIn this permanent role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our credit control processes, working closely with our Property Management department. Preferred Requirements:
  • some credit control experience, ensuring systems and processes are followed, and legal liaison is adhered to at all times
  • Proficiency in handling credit control calls and emails, attempting to contact each tenant forwarded to the credit control department prior to the authorization of legal action
  • Responsible for arranging payment plans with tenants, monitoring instalments, and maintaining detailed records
  • Compile and coordinate legal recovery files, liaising with our allocated third-party solicitor and providing additional information as requested
  • Ensure that all credit control enquiries from internal departments and tenants are answered swiftly and professionally
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Resilience and enthusiasm to take ownership of issues and see them through to a successful conclusion
  • Excellent customer service skills with an open and approachable attitude, and a willingness to build rapport with tenants, clients, and other departments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, with the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
