We are seeking a Tutor to teach electrical installation levels 2 and 3
JOB ROLE
- To deliver Levels 2 and 3 in electrical installation,
- Subjects such as beginner wiring and safety, wiring systems, fault diagnosis, inspection, testing, PAT testing etc
- Delivering via face-to-face sessions in the classroom/workshop environment
- Complete guidance and mock end point assessments to ensure learners are ready for independent assessment
- Dealing with aged 16 to 19
- Embed Mathematics and English as part of the learning
- To coach and mentor learners
- Inspire and motivate learners to achieve qualifications on time
- Ensure marking and feedback to the learner is accurate and supports their development
- Produce reports based on KPIs
ESSENTIAL FOR THE ROLE
- A UK recognised teaching qualification such as Cert ed, CTTLS/DTTLS etc or similar or assessor qualified such as TAQA, AVA, CAVA, A1, D32/D33
- Track record of teaching in electrical installation or worked in industry with a one of the above qualifications or been in industry and taught other subjects since.
