Are you a Geo-Environmental Engineer primarily working on-site, seeking to gain valuable office experience to enhance your consultancy and technical delivery skills in contaminated land, remediation, or geotechnics?

As a Geo-Environmental Engineer, you will Join a well-established ground engineering consultancy in central Manchester, where you'll help manage NW based, GI brownfield development projects from inception to completion.

In this Geo-Environmental Engineer role, you'll oversee all aspects of ground investigations while developing your skills in technical delivery, project management, scoping, and bidding.

Your responsibilities will include preparing a variety of technical reports, such as Phase 1 and Phase 2 interpretations, remediation plans, risk assessments, geotechnical assessments, foundation recommendations, specifications, waste/material management, and validations.

Geo-Environmental Engineer Qualifications/Experience:

  • Honours degree in geology, engineering geology, geotechnics, geo-environmental engineering, or a related geo-science field.
  • Experience managing UK ground investigations, including logging and sampling.
  • Some reporting experience is preferred, but training will be provided.
  • Full UK driving licence.
