About the Role
Opportunity to join a Financial Markets and Products group within a top ranked internationallaw firm, where you'll provide expert legal advice on a wide range of banking and finance transactions, including acquisition finance, asset finance, private banking, real estate finance, and asset-based lending. Advisingglobal investment banks, asset managers, private equity sponsors, and high-net-worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage lending transactions, representing both lenders and borrowers.
- Mentor junior lawyers and support their professional development.
- Maintain strong client relationships through frequent direct contact.
- Contribute to business development through client pitches and networking.
- Collaborate with our corporate and real estate teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
Experience & Skills
- Between 6-10 years PQE with significant experience in transactional banking, with a strong commitment to the field.
- Excellent legal drafting skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Confident, professional presentation,with excellent communication skills.
- Strong academic record.
