Corporate Insolvency Administrator

Up to £36,000 Depending on experience

Are you an experienced Corporate Insolvency Administrator looking for a new opportunity to advance your career? Our client, a leading financial services firm in Manchester, is seeking a Corporate Insolvency Administrator to join their dynamic team.

  • Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience.
  • 23 days holiday plus statutory holidays. Entitlement will also increase by 2 days after 2 years.
  • Flexible/Hybrid working options - normally 2 days per week working from home availability with potential to discuss other flexible options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle or assist on a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including administrations, liquidations, and voluntary arrangements, from inception to closure.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements, keeping up-to-date with changes in legislation.
  • Liaise effectively with creditors, stakeholders, and clients to provide updates, answer queries, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Prepare and review all necessary documentation, reports, and correspondence relating to insolvency cases.
  • Assist in the realization of assets, including the valuation and sale of assets to maximize returns for creditors.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team, ensuring their professional development.
  • Conduct financial assessments and investigations, identifying any irregularities or potential issues.
  • Prepare regular status reports for clients and partners, highlighting key developments and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 24 months of experience in corporate insolvency administration.
  • Strong knowledge of insolvency legislation and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insolvency software.
