Financial Services Administrator Vacancy - Manchester - £22,000
This is very much an entry level role and perfect for someone who is wanting to join a business who have a strong track record of supporting the development and progression of their employees. The business provides Financial Advice to it's clients and as a Financial Services Administrator you will:
- Check all incoming information relating to ensure its correct and complete
- Contact the client with any queries, outstanding documents, or updates
- Perform searches
- Track receipt of required documentation and liaise with the Adviser and Administrator to ensure received in time
- Chase the client for responses as appropriate
- Ensure the prevailing databases and client folders are kept up to date
- Make and answer telephone calls as necessary and always have a friendly and professional manner.
