We are seeking a Key Account Manager to look after Wholesale customers within a household products manufacturer. There will be the opportunity to get involved with the Grocers/Discounters.

Client Details

Supplying both Branded & Private Label products across the world. Demonstrating continued extensive growth, this is a very fast paced and dynamic business.

Description

  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with key FMCG accounts.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide insightful customer feedback to the product development team.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the FMCG industry.
  • Prepare detailed account plans and sales forecasts.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and presentations with key customers.

Profile

A successful Key Account Manager should have:

  • Demonstrable experience of working with either Wholesale or Retail customers in the FMCG industry
  • Experience with branded or private label products, ideally experience of successful NPD Launches.
  • Strong analytical abilities and a strategic mindset.
  • A customer-focused approach with excellent communication & presentation skills.
