Our client, a B2B energy supplier, is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth by generating and converting a strong pipeline of organic leads. In this role, you'll work closely with Account Managers, the Pricing Team, and the Finance Director, contributing to product development, services and strategy. Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads organically and collaborate with the marketing lead and CEO
  • Attend sales meetings, involving relevant colleagues as needed
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Stay informed on pricing models, market trends, and industry developments
  • Pursue professional growth in the energy sector with company support
  • Provide sales data for strategic and board reports 

Key skills and experience required

  • 5+ years in new business sales, including 2+ years in the energy sector
  • Proven experience selling solutions to Corporate and I&C customers
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Skilled in pipeline management to exceed targets
  • Excellent communicator and presenter
