The Role

As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining company ledgers, processing invoices, and managing payments. You will work closely with various teams to ensure the financial operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate company ledgers
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Process invoices and purchase orders efficiently
  • Record payments accurately
  • Process batch payments
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Communicate with debtors to ensure payment within terms
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as required

The Ideal Candidate:

They are looking for someone with previous experience in finance administration, particularly with Xero. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who has exceptional attention to detail. About you:

  • Previous experience with Xero is essential
  • Experience as a Finance Administrator or Assistant is mandatory
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • High standard of personal presentation
  • Confident and friendly telephone manner
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
