Duties:

  • Managing and processing payments, including CHAPS and BACS transactions.
  • Allocating and recording incoming receipts.
  • Reviewing and handling disbursement payments.
  • Verifying and processing employee expense claims.
  • Preparing bank reconciliation reports.
  • Recording and maintaining bank account transactions.
  • Monitoring and addressing residual client balances.
  • Reviewing and reconciling supplier statements.
  • Performing general administrative tasks as required.
