RG Consultancy are working with a Legal firm in Manchester who are looking for a Legal Cashier to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. You will be joining a medium sized team and report into the Financial Controller.

Duties include:

  • Process and record all financial transactions.
  • Administration of the purchase ledger
  • Verification of purchase invoices by reference to purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Record incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Conduct reconciliations of bank, petty cash accounts and client ledgers.
  • Prepare and process working papers
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Financial management reporting

Skills required:

  • Purchase ledger experience would be an advantage for this role
  • Legal experience would be an advantage
