Key Responsibilities:

As a Legal Cashier, you will be responsible for a wide range of financial duties within the legal environment. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Processing financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including client payments, invoices, and bank reconciliations.
  • Use of Quill Pinpoint/Dye & Durham software
  • Maintaining financial records in compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.
  • Handling petty cash transactions and expense claims.
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end accounting procedures.
  • Collaborating with other members of the finance team to ensure smooth financial operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience as a Legal Cashier - this is essential
  • Strong knowledge of legal accounting processes and regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
