Robert Half Finance are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clarke to join an ever-growing business in the city of Manchester. This is a great opportunity to join a highly motivated and high achieving team, ensuring continued success and delivering exceptional service to clients.

Your new responsibilities will include:

  • Input invoices onto the purchase ledger
  • Review invoices to ensure all details are correct
  • Reconciliation of statements
  • Processing Payment runs
  • Create new supplier accounts
  • Process payments
  • Ensure invoices have the appropriate authorisation before paying
  • Liaising with different departments

What you need to be successful in this role:

  • Have previous experience in a similar role
  • Have the ability to effectively communicate with people across all levels
  • Be able to manage a high volume of purchase invoice processing in line with our internal coding system
  • Be able to deal with internal and external queries via phone and email
  • Be able to ensure compliance with internal policies
  • Be able to look at improving processes wherever possible
