Our client is seeking a dedicated and professional Accounts Receivable Associate to join their dynamic team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the transnational delivery of accounts receivable duties with a particular focus on Account Receivables and Cash Collection activities. T

he successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all work completed under their remit and adheres to Group Policies. This role is based in the vibrant city of Manchester.

As an Accounts Receivable Associate, your primary responsibility will be to support the transnational delivery of accounts receivable duties

You will play a crucial role in managing customer payments, aged debts, credit checks, and blocked orders. Your commitment to achieving' results will ensure adherence to Group Policies.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your understanding of the company's ERP system, contributing towards process improvement initiatives.

  • Allocate Customer payments ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Review and manage customers aged debt, chasing customers for outstanding debt when necessary
  • Perform credit checks via credit reference agencies and manage credit blocked orders
  • Prepare documentation for monthly controls and audit requirements, ensuring all SLA's and KPI's are met
  • Follow accounts receivable processes efficiently and effectively in line with the Group Credit Policy
  • Manage incoming requests through workflow and schedules activities appropriately
  • Strive to achieve best practice performance levels as per benchmarks agreed with the Finance Manager and Head of General Ledger
  • Champion customer service in the accounts receivable process area, understanding the importance of identifying and meeting the needs of external and internal customers

The ideal candidate for this Accounts Receivable Associate position brings a wealth of experience in Credit control and Accounts receivables.

Your previous experience in an accounts receivable environment will be invaluable in this role. You will be able to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and customers. Your strong interpersonal skills will foster collaborative relationships within your team.
