My client, a fast-growing and innovative company, is looking for an NPD Technologist to play a key role in developing and refining new products. This is an exciting opportunity to work with suppliers and internal teams to bring high-quality, standout creations to life. If you have an eye for detail, strong numerical skills and experience in drinks, food or flavours, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine product formulations, ensuring accuracy with ingredients and recipes.
  • Work closely with suppliers, production and quality teams to bring new products to market.
  • Create samples for internal teams and customers worldwide.
  • Ensure all ingredients meet approval standards and legal requirements.
  • Support cost-saving and product improvement initiatives.
  • Manage trials and oversee smooth transitions from development to production.

About You:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
  • Clear communication – you’ll liaise with teams and customers globally.
  • A background in drinks is ideal, but food or flavours experience is also welcome.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative and exciting products.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • 2+ Years NPD Technologist experience.
